  Was not pleased with the staff here. When I arrived a lady was upset because she couldn't use a mortgage in her name as proof of residence. Employee did not handle that very well and I think it's because they didn't have any cars. Then he tried to tell me that the maintenance reminders were wrong and my rental wasn't actually 800+ miles overdue, and told I could take it to Firestone or go to the airport for a vehicle. Not happy with this one. Sure, I'm just working a 70 hour week let me take YOUR vehicle to sit and wait for hours. Take the extra time and go to a different location.
