  I have recently just purchased my second living room set from Home Decor and couldn't be more in love with it. Huge shout out to Torrey my sales man for the excellent customer service and taking the time to listen and help me in picking everything out and explaining all the finance options to me. I have made many purchases from Home Decor over the last 5 years or so and keep coming back not only for the great deals and prices but because I know when I walk through the door Torrey is going to take that extra time to walk through with me and truly make me fall in love with what I am purchasing. The entire team is extremely knowledgeable and nice! The store is always inviting and friendly from the moment I walk through the door! I will definitely continue to be a customer and I know I will be back in a couple of months to purchase new mattresses.

  Staff was great but then willing to satisfy a customer who drives a hour away to purchase. We got a bedroom set I have had to return myself twice two dressers that was both damage at different places including water damage. So two trips on my expense to unload and reload two damaged dressers. Now My third dresser is at store ready for me to make a third trip a hour to store and from to get another one. Which means I have to load damaged one and bring back. I contacted the corporate office for a solution but no return call or email. I am very upset, frustrated and not happy at all with the company. This has been a very bad experience for my family.
