  Waited for two hours in the passport line to finally reach the window and was told incorrectly the proof of ID I has was insufficient. VERNITS was the employee. She refused to answer my questions and repeatedly told me she "didnt have time for this." The information she gave me was not the same as what is written as proof of ID on the federal forms. Terrible, terrible service. If you go there, I strongly recommend waiting to allow anyone but VERNITA to assist you.
