  Setup an appointment with them for this past Monday @ 10 am . Started off well. Customer service was friendly. Come time for the appointment, no call no show. Even gave them 30 min before I called customer service to make sure I gave them the right date and time. She took my info and said she would call back. Once again no call, no show.
