  Our home has recently undergone extensive water damage, and we were extremely concerned about our families wellbeing. We wanted reassurance that it was safe to remain living here while the repairs were completed. We called Doug late on a Saturday evening and left a message. He returned our call within 10 minutes. We set up an appointment time for Sunday afternoon. He arrived on time! He did a visual inspection of our home, collected an air sample, and took our swabs taken from our kitchen cabinets. The air sample and the swabs were submitted to the lab. We received a personal phone call from Doug on Tuesday (2 days after the appointment), to give us the results. We were relieved to hear that our home was safe to remain in!! He also e-mailed a VERY detailed 14 page lab report the same day. I am
  EXTREMELY impressed with his services and the prompt results that we received. He has provided a HUGE relief to our family. We are so grateful. We feel very blessed that we found a reliable, trustworthy, and caring professional to address our household mold concerns.
