  Tony Opperman took my money and did not complete the job. I sued him in small claims court and won the judgement for $2380 in July 2015. The thief still hasn't paid and that's been over a year and a half. The magistrate told me not to expect much because Mr Opperman was frequently sued for similar business practices. There are other reviews on Google and yelp sharing similar stories. Bottom line, stay away!
  
  **** UPDATE****
  Tony reached out to me claiming to want to "make right." I posted a review on his Facebook page sharing my experience with this crook. He was asking me to take it down. I asked for my court awarded money. He agrees to write me 5 checks of equal amounts to be cashed at one week intervals. I was certain they all would bounce considering the character of the douchebag I was dealing with, so I planned on cashing them at his bank. The first one didn't clear initially but did 3 days later. All the following checks did not clear and never did. I tried for 4 weeks. When I text to asked him why he was backing out of his agreement, Tony acted like he was the victim and I was doing him wrong. Seriously, he's totally okay with stealing from you but gets offended when you call him out on it. I was polite to him throughout all this because I kinda felt bad for the delusional loser. But in the end, he's a common crook that needs to be behind bars. Period.
  I reposted the review on Facebook since he backed out of the deal. I'm pretty sure he's disabled reviews since then.
