  When I first met Derek I was a ex athlete that had just come from a knee surgery that I thought ended my physical fitness journey. I had spent my entire life exercising but due to injuries and two surgeries I had become more out of shape than I ever had in my life. I had tried cross-fit, weight lifting, running, swimming, boxing, wrestling, MMA, kick boxing, yoga.... the list goes on and on. If you name it I tried it. I went from 220 lbs and 28% body fat to 202 and 12% body fat. DC listens and he pushes you hard enough so you will get amazing results but not so hard that you will due harm to yourself. He has a awesome personality. I tried numerous other gyms and those were OK but this one really works for me. Come out and give them a try and take your fitness to the next level.
