  This company supplied special edition jerseys for my son's 11/12 year old football team. Unfortunately, my son did not receive his because they made a mistake and did not order his jersey. No problem. Mistakes happen and they apologized and promised to get the jersey ASAP. 11 days later, the season's over, and no contact from the company. Apologies with no corrective actions are meaningless. Too many options in the Upstate to have to deal with this kind of lack of service and communication. Shop around.
