  One of the better goodwill locations I've been to for selection, location, etc. However, I have never had as bad a customer service experience as I did here. While trying to process a refund, an employee kept over a dozen people waiting at the checkout line for nearly 20 minutes, and two other employees that could have opened another register stood nearby chatting and occasionally folding a clothing item. I HATE difficult customers, so I didn't say anything, but I will be hard pressed to return to this location.
