  If only there was a 0 stars option... estimated 30 minute wait turned into 1.5hrs AND they split our 8 person party into 2 seperate tables... Ordered our drinks, they forgot 2/4 of them. All 4 of us dinning together ordered burgers, all medium and when they came 2 were medium and the other 2 were very rare. Fries were overdone, fried pickles were overdone. Burgers came dressed incorrectly. Our bill was billed incorrectly (only a few dollars difference). And the other half of our party (at another table mind you) had the same exact experience. 10/10 will not come back. Quality has went severely downhill since Haywood mall location was opened.
