  Nice reception area. Went to the front desk to have someone provide me an estimate. Both ladies greeted me, one asked if I had an appointment. When I told him I didn't she rolled her eyes....nice body language. She informed me, they only except appointments for estimates. This business is not on a main road. I made a special effort to comes see them!! I kindly left without an appointment.
  
  I went two other body shops. No appointment needed. But they don't have the fancy reception area.
