  They charge entirely too much for tax preparation, and the ads are very misleading. Also, about 1 in 4 people are approved for an advance, even then they may not be able to qualify for the whole $2500. With this particular location they don't offer direct deposit instead they charge almost a $100 more for their bank to write you a check. It's 2018, and paper checks take 2 to 3 days to process in your bank. Not too mention, I had to call to find out they had my check for two days. All together I paid almost 15% of my taxes I paid out a little more than $600, I have never spent this much with any other place. I decided to try this place thinking I would get an advance, which I didn't qualify for some unknown reason, they tell they don't know why. HERE'S THE KICKER: I got way less back then I usually do, I went somewhere else just to check and even they were able to give me a estimate of 30% more back than I did with m&m tax. The Only part I liked about my experience was the m&ms.
