  Went in on Tuesday the 9th after 6:30pm. Knew the part I needed. The young guy who helped me (Tyler D name on Receipt/had a lot of facial hair) Very unprofessional to say the least! Just very blunt & lacking social skills. I know there prices are more, but I needed a part only they carry. I won't ever go back there as I'm a big believer of customer service & respect etc. Autozone right down the street is my go to store! There not perfect, but they sure as heck don't treat their customers as if there disposable!

  Although admitting he "did not want to", Robert changed my battery for me (in the rain). Auto Zone across the street refused, giving me some stupid excuse about too much corrosion. Even told me it would have to be taken to the shop and have cables replaced. Not sure if Auto Zone didn't know how or was just too lazy. Maybe they should have Robert from O'Reilly' s come train them how to do a simple battery change. Thank you Robert!!!
