  I love this gym. I can go in for an hour and not be bothered. I like that it's clean and everyone minds their own business, really including staff. I've never had an issue and I use the $15 a month no contract plan. I don't get all the extra stuff with my plan but I really don't think a gym is necessary for going in just to sit down in a massage chair or lay in a tanning bed. If I want those luxuries, I will pay elsewhere for that as they aren't necessities like being generally healthy is.

  Wonderful place to workout! They have a very wide variation of workout machines and equipment to choose from. I especially love their 30 minute workout and 12 minute abs workout station! I lost 30lbs when I was coming here (I was a guest on my friends membership) The staff are exceptional and truly care about each member. It's gotten rather crowded, but other than that I Absolutely love it here and it is my favorite gym. You can't beat the price.
