  Nicole is very knowledgeable in the field of esthetics and cosmetics, from waxing and make-up to skincare and sun protection. I was very impressed with her professionalism from the first time I met her when she was educating our group on sun protection.
  Having heard of friends bad experiences with Brazilians, I was reluctant to trying it with a spa in the area after my good experience in France. Once I met Nicole, I was confident in her skills. She has provided excellent service to me for over 2 years and I would never go to anyone else for waxing or facials.
  Finally, I also think she has excellent customer service skills, is always flexible if I need to make a change in my appointment time and always makes me feel like a million bucks! She shares her knowledge with passion and is such a pleasure to be around.
  I highly recommend her to anyone (men or women) needing waxing, facials, skin consultation... Nicole is the woman to call!

  Let me say up front that as a male it is hard to find someone to do a brazilian wax but after going to Nicole, I will never go to anyone else again. From the minute you walk into the building you begin a journey, not just sitting there waiting on your appointment. The atmosphere of the waiting room is so peaceful but pales in comparison to when you get into Nicole's room. There your journey in restful bliss really takes off. From the comfort of the table the room begins to take control of your mind and body. The music, the way the room is decorated and the pleasing aroma is so relaxing as you wait for Nicole to come in. Now the fun begin, she always has a beautiful smile on her face and a song in her heart which puts you even more at ease. You can tell that you are in caring, competent hands. Her technique is flawless. From the start with a simple but important thing like cleaning the area to be waxed to the actual waxing she is the consummate professional all the while engaging you in conversation. Finally the best part is knowing that your money has been well spent and your were treated like a real person, not just money in the bank. I would and do recommend her to everyone.
