  I actually give them no stars. I worked here for 8 months and was Lead Teacher in Infants. I was very flexible often coming in early, missed lunches and stayed later. Whatever they needed I did. My mother got sick and was hospitalized and I missed a couple days of work. Then she went home on Hospice Care and I went to be with her. I couldn't take FMLA cause I hadn't been there a year. The Regional Director told me to fill out a leave of absence. Then HR called and said I couldn't take a leave of absence cause I hadn't been there a year. I got an email from the Regional Director and she said I would be replaced and I could apply for a job later. I would start over and lose my health insurance. Then 10 minutes later my mom dies. I lose my job and my mom. This company doesn't care about the employees. Especially Theresa the Regional Director. Do not work here or bring your kids here.
