  Will NEVER go to Top Dog Ltd. ever again! Worst grooming experience ever by Rhonda! Took my 9 year old Bichon poodle to her for grooming. Upon picking my baby up after her grooming session with Rhonda, I immediately noticed that she had her right eye closed, it was running & very agitated. I spoke with Rhonda & asked her what happened to my Bichon poodle’s eye?! She proceeded to tell me that she hadn’t noticed anything & that she may have a hair in it. Really?!! I took my dog to the vet & discovered that she had an ulcer on her right eye due to trauma from grooming. She also had a very noticeable nick on the top of her nose from clippers, so you don’t have to be a rocket scientist to figure out the rest. The only positive thing I have to say about Top Dog Ltd. is that they did pay my vet bill after I went back to tell them what had actually happened to my dog while under their “care” & to give them the bill. Very disappointed to know that instead of calling me immediately after my dog was injured, Top Dog Ltd. chose to act as if nothing happened & they never noticed anything wrong, especially since my dog very much needed medical attention. It sickens me to know that she was left to suffer until I picked her up after being groomed.

  They have taken such good care of our babies. Great facility and caring staff. They know our names and our babies love to go.
