  We had a fantastic experience at Verizon on N Pleasantburg today and highly recommend them to all. I upgraded my phone from an I-phone 6 to a 7 plus, then my son upgraded from his 5 to my 6. The process of switching 3 phones around took some time but Marcus and Mike were very friendly and spent extra time with us to be sure all questions were answered and that our phones were completely updated before leaving the store. We came in not intending to upgrade just yet but left with a new phone, several accessories and big smiles. We will definitely be back for more stuff down the road. Thank you!
