  I lived lived at the Views for a year. Super affordable for the location and amenities close by. All of my neighbors were polite and fairly quiet. The breeze ways are enclosed so yes you will smell what your neighbors are cooking, but it doesn't come into your actual apartment. I only had to put in one maintenance request and it actually was for the door to the breeze way, not my apartment. It was fixed the next day. Probably all of the negative reviews you'll find are from when the property was managed by BH, Providence has the community now and they do a great job. You may have to park pretty far away from your apartment at night, but parking is like that at any community. Over all great place to be for an affordable price.

  I've been here for a year and never had any problems. My neighbors are quiet and any issue I have is resolved quickly. Samantha in the office is great! Very affordable rent for great location.
